He’s one of the fastest-rising stars in Hollywood, but Robert Pattinson recently told press that being the it-guy isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be.

The “Twilight” stud explained, “At one point I did go nuts and a little bit paranoid but then you learn to deal with things. I’m coming to terms with it.”

Pattinson also noted that, though he’s able to afford trips all over the world, he can’t really enjoy any honest-to-goodness sightseeing.  “I love to travel and experience new places but I can’t really walk down the street these days.  I’m driven around a bit but that’s it.”

And when asked about his romantic tendencies, Rob revealed, “I do consider myself a very romantic person.  I see love as an evolution of true friendship.”

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are NOT engaged. Ignore any celebrity gossip stories to the contrary.

However, the Twilight Saga co-stars are “very much together,” insiders told E! News, a reliable outlet for information.

“Everyone who wasn’t directly involved in the whole situation obviously speculated about what was going on between them, but lately it’s become clear to anyone who works with them: Rob and Kristen are very much together,” sources on set told the entertainment network.

As for rumors that Pattinson was dating Nikki Reed, the same insider said that actress “is out of the picture [and] has been for a long time.”

Reports that Taylor Lautner has created tension between Robert and Kristen also appear to have been premature.

Indeed, the couple is together and happy – but this frightens the Eclipse cast, studio and crew members. What if the relationship sours? How will the affect filming and marketing for the franchise?

Even the most fairy tale-like romances come to an end. Just look at Jennifer and Brad; Jessica and Nick; Levi and Bristol.

On a day when Robsten fans should be celebrating one of the most definitive displays of public affection yet between Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, the rumor mill is buzzing with problems in Twilight Saga land.

The source of these problems? Taylor Lautner and his rumored feelings for Stewart.

According to a Star magazine insider, Lautner “definitely has a crush on Kristen,” emotions that make Pattinson “really nervous that Kristen will fall for Taylor’s charms.”

It was just last week, of course, when Kristen said she would “do anything” for Taylor, including “kill” for him.

So, what is Pattinson doing to protect his relationship? Shopping!

Sources told The National Enquirer that Robert “looks for rare, vintage things, which he knows Kristen likes” in order to remain on her good side.

You’d think all he’d have to do is stare into her soul with those piercing eyes.

At the event, witnesses told E! News that Robert Pattinson was the undeniable star of the ceremony, saying:

“Girls kept running up to [Rob] asking to get pictures with him, and he was so nice about it. Rob would smile and meet all of the giggling girls, while [Kristen Stewart] would look on and just laugh about all the attention he got. Some even asked if the two were an actual couple, and they would just shoot each other a look, blush and start giggling.”

uch attention made it difficult for for Pattinson and Stewart to slip out early… but the couple has learned how to be secretive!

Reportedly, as their co-stars did an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Rob and Kristen darted out the back of the building and left together in a black Navigator. Their destination?

The Chateau Marmont, where Pattinson had a room. Said a hotel source:

“Kristen was in and out all weekend.”

So was R Patt, it’s safe to assume. Think about it.

The whispers of their relationship are growing into screams.

Heck, the couple can’t even spend a night alone in a hotel room these days without witnesses relaying their every (sexual!) move to reporters.

The latest Robsten update comes to us from People, whose insider confirms Pattinson and Stewart attended a Bobby Long concert in Hollywood Thursday night.

“Robert was super low-key when he walked in,” the insider said, adding that the actor and Long are good friends.
But enough about that. What about the Robert and Kristen dating rumors, anonymous source dude?

“Word on the set of Twilight is that Michael Angarano and she are completely broken up. While people don’t want to talk about it, everyone is pretty convinced that Pattinson and Stewart are hooking up.”

People is one of the most reputable celebrity news magazines out there (no offense, National Enquirer), so its inside information carries more weight.

The Internet is still buzzing over the chemistry, both on-screen and off-screen, these two reportedly share with one another.

At the Ziegfeld Theatre premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, the New York Daily News asked star Emma Watson about Robert Pattinson.

Specifically, they wanted to know if there was an Emma Watson underwear malfunction (if you know what we mean!) in the presence of her co-star.

“He’s just a good friend!” Watson replied. “He’s a super-nice guy, and the girls love him. We’re just friends – but he sure was great to work with.”

Guess vampires and witches don’t mix.

Somewhere, Kristen Stewart is breathing easy now that there’s one less gal competing for Robert Pattinson’s affections. Even though it’s over between them.

New reports from the set of Remember Me place into context just what the star deals with everyday in New York City, a place described by a source as “crazytown,” due to Pattinson’s presence.

“There are all these girls with a lot of hormones and a lot of time on their hands,” an insider told OK! magazine, adding that many leave phone numbers on Robert’s trailer, such as one that read: “I think we’re meant to be together. Call me.”

Pattinson tries to deal with these enthusiastic fans as well as he can.

“Rob’s a nice guy — he doesn’t want to disappoint people,” said a security detailer on the set of Remember Me. “He stops to say hello when he can, but he just can’t do it a lot. People bring him gifts, but we can’t take them; we don’t know where they’ve come from.”

Ah. So that’s why Pattinson never replied to our muffin basket!

In an attempt to shield their leading man from the cameras, crew members have actually constructed a seven-foot high box, where the actor often retreats between takes. But once the day’s filming is complete, there’s nowhere to hide.

“I worked on Gossip Girl with guys like Penn Badgely,” said the on-set source. “We’d go out after work and play beer pong. Nobody would bother them. There’s no way Rob can do that. He’d be mobbed.”

As Kristen Stewart cries over the news that she was apparently dumped by Robert Pattinson this week, at least the actress can take solace in the following fact:

There won’t be a tiny replica of the actor crawling around her apartment in approximately nine months.

For days, the Internet has been buzzing over the report that Stewart was pregnant with her co-star’s baby. Likely ridiculous and untrue? Yes. But would anything really shock you in this day and age?

Finally, though, a source has come out and debunked the story. Someone described as “an astonishingly in-the-know Stewart confidant” told E! News today:

“It is a nonsense, made-up story from an Australian tabloid with no merit. “Of course the studio heard about it, but it’s not worth their time. They knew there was no chance Kristen would be having Rob’s kid. It didn’t faze them.”

Hmmm, no chance?!? Does that mean Stewart and Pattinson were never dating? Let the rumors fly again!

But can you please take it a bit easy on Robert Pattinson? We do want this Brit to return to the States at some point.

On-set sources from the actor’s new movie, Remember Me, have told The New York Daily News that Pattinson has developed a hatred for New York City.

“Robert is dying to get back home,” a source told the newspaper. “He’s so over everything. He’s overwhelmed by all the girls – they terrify him! He says girls grab his neck and clothing all of the time, and he’s not used to that. Fans don’t do that to him in London. Everyone there is a little cooler about the fame thing.”

Part of the reason Pattinson can’t handle the chaos that surrounds his every movie? It simply confounds him.

“Robert doesn’t understand why everyone is going so crazy over him,” said the insider. “He’s embarrassed by the way girls throw themselves at him. The girls here are stalking him… He’s afraid that if he gives a hand, they’ll take the whole arm. He’s being advised by security not to encourage the crowd, so he doesn’t even look up anymore.”

Please, gals, take it easy on that arm. Pattinson may need it to hold he and Kristen Stewart’s rumored baby!
