Britney Spears Brings the Circus to Paris

Britney Spears looks a bit out of it as she arrived in Paris July 4. Britney visited Notre Dame in the famed European City, where she’s in town for her Circus tour.

No word on whether Britney’s agent-boyfriend, Jason Trawick, made the trip with her. Either way, hopefully our girl was able to wake up prior to the show …
